How often are products restocked? Where can I find the information about restocks?
Products are restocked as much as possible but it solely depends on product availability. To find out information on restocks, always look to IG or FB under: PrettyGlammdCosmetics
Do you offer returns/exchanges? Refund Policy?
No refunds. All sales are FINAL. If you entered in the wrong address, please notify us immediately that way we can correct it before your order is shipped.If there is an error on Pretty Glammd Cosmetics part, we will make sure to correct any issues.
I want to change my order? I ordered the wrong item?
When an order is placed, it is final. Make sure you look over all items and make sure it is correct before placing an order.
Do you offer samples?
Yes. I offer samples of lipgloss for $3. Check under the "Lipgloss" tab for current sample sizes. It is currently a 2 oz size.
Do you do giveaways/flash sales?
Yes. We always send notifications through IG and FB under PrettyGlammdCosmetics or through email. Make sure you subscribe to get notified of all running sales/giveaways.
Do you offer wholesale?
Yes we do. Go to the wholesale section and let us be your vendor.
Do you offer local pickup/meetups?
No. If you live in the local area, it will take 1 to 2 business days to receive your order if it is priority mail.
