Shipping Policy

Processing Time is 1-7 business days from the day you order. This is just processing not shipping. Shipping will be done only by USPS at this current time. Once your order is shipped, you will be notified by email. There is 3-5 day shipping once your order is received by USPS. 

Priority Mail usually takes around 2 business days but due to COVID-19, you may experience delays.  

International Shipping is 7-21 days outside of the US. The only other country that we are shipping to is Canada at this present time. More countries will soon be available. Subscribe to our e-mail list to get notified of any changes regarding shipping to different countries. 

Once your package is sent out and scanned by USPS, we are not responsible of handling and shipment delays by USPS. 

Make sure you are inputting the RIGHT ADDRESS before ordering. If your package is delivered to the wrong address, contact USPS for correction. 

If your items are missing, a refund will be issued within 48 hours of letting us know. You will not be refunded on shipping.

Once your items are delivered and you have not received your items, please contact USPS. They will be able to track where and when your items were delivered. 

If your items are sent back to us due to incorrect address, you will be refunded within 48 hours.
